Nepalese Thanka Art Exhibition in Vancouver
Lumbini Buddhist Art gallery Private limited showcased 50 Thanka paintings from Nepal. These are very intricate Buddhist paintings used for spiritual practice aiming to deliver Buddhism via the beauty of art.
It was our great pleasure to showcase the first Lumbini Thanka Art exhibition in Vancouver. We shared about the tradition and evolutions of Thankas and hope you took one home.
Profits will go to the Lumbini painting school in Nepal.
Lumbini Buddhist Art Gallery would like to thank Vancity TCM and Jolie couture and lifestyle Co. for making Nepali Buddhist Art Exhibition meaningful and successful.
